Road closures or roads not gritted
Our gritter drivers have notified us of the following road closures or roads not gritted on their routes. The location of these roads are shown on the map:
- 03/11/2023 08:29 - Leashaw, Holloway - Road closed and not gritted due to landslip
- 03/11/2023 08:41 - Lees Road, Stanton - Road closed and not gritted due to landslip
- 03/11/2023 08:42 - Oker Road, Snitterton - Road closed and not gritted due to landslip
- 11/10/2023 10:28 - Commonside Road Barlow - road closed due to land slip
The map doesn't include information about gritting of trunk routes, such as motorways and dual carriageways, which are the responsibility of the Highways England (opens in a new window). It doesn't include footpaths or cycle routes.

During periods of very bad weather we may not be able to grit all routes as planned. Or we may find that where we've started gritting a route we are unable to continue.
